Synopsis and detail

WW2. Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) is a young man who agreed to volunteer in a series of experiments aimed at creating the American Supersoldier. The military can turn him into a human weapon, but soon realize that the super soldier is too valuable to risk in the fight against the Nazis. In this way, Rogers is used as an army celebrity, charting on parades held across Europe in order to raise the esteem of the combatants. To do so is to use a garment with the colors of the flag of the United States, blue, white and red. Only a Nazi plan causes Rogers take action and assume the nickname of Captain America, using his gifts to combat them in full trenches of war.

2ª Guerra Mundial. Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) é um jovem que aceitou ser voluntário em uma série de experiências que visam criar o supersoldado americano. Os militares conseguem transformá-lo em uma arma humana, mas logo percebem que o supersoldado é valioso demais para pôr em risco na luta contra os nazistas. Desta forma, Rogers é usado como uma celebridade do exército, marcando presença em paradas realizadas pela Europa no intuito de levantar a estima dos combatentes. Para tanto passa a usar uma vestimenta com as cores da bandeira dos Estados Unidos, azul, branca e vermelha. Só que um plano nazista faz com que Rogers entre em ação e assuma a alcunha de Capitão América, usando seus dons para combatê-los em plenas trincheiras da guerra.

Blu (Jesse Eisenberg) lives happily in Rio de Janeiro alongside partner Jade (Anne Hathaway) and her three cubs, Carla (Rachel Crow), Bia (Amandla Stenberg) and James (Pierce Gagnon). Its owners, Linda (Leslie Mann) and Thulium (Rodrigo Santoro), are now in the Amazon forest, doing further research. By chance they find worthwhile of a blue Macaw, which could mean that Blu and his family will not be the last of the species. After seeing them in a TV report, Jade insists that they go to Amazon. Blu initially unwilling, but ends up accepting the idea. Thus, the whole family goes on a journey through the interior of Brazil towards the Amazon rainforest without imagining that, soon after arriving, they find an old enemy: Nigel (Jemaine Clement).

Após vê-los em uma reportagem na TV, Jade insiste para que eles partam para a Amazônia. Blu inicialmente reluta, mas acaba aceitando a ideia. Assim, toda a família parte em uma viagem pelo interior do Brasil rumo à floresta amazônica sem imaginar que, logo ao chegar, encontrarão um velho inimigo: Nigel (Jemaine Clement).
