Synopsis and detail

In a 19th century European village lives Victor Van Dorst (Johnny Depp), a young man who is about to marry Victoria Everglot (Emily Watson). However Victor accidentally marries the corpse bride (Helena Bonham Carter), which leads him to discover the land of the dead. Desiring to undo the occurred to be able finally to marry Victoria, Victor gradually realizes that the land of the dead is far more lively than the Victorian medium that was born and raised.
