Synopsis and detail

After killing Jean Grey (Famke Janssen) to save humanity by she can't control the powers of the Phoenix, Logan (Hugh Jackman) decided to leave once the hero life and went to live in the jungle as a hermit. Depressed, he is encountered in a bar for the young Yukio (Rila Fukushima). It was sent at the behest of his adoptive father, Yashida (Hal Yamanouchi) that was saved by Logan in Nagasaki, Japan, at the time when the atomic bomb was detonated. Yashima want to rediscover Logan to make him an offer: transfer your healing factor for him, so that Logan can finally become mortal and lead a life as a regular person. He refuses the invitation, but ends up infected by Viper (Svetlana Khodchenkova), a mutant specializes in biology which is also immune to poisons of all kinds. Fragile, Logan needs to find ways to protect Mariko (Tao Okamoto), the granddaughter of Yashida, who is targeting both his father, Shingen (Hiroyuki Sanada) about the Yakuza, the Japanese mafia.
