Synopsis and detail

Thor (Chris Hemsworth) was about to receive the command of Asgard from the hands of his father Odin (Anthony Hopkins) when enemy forces broke a peace accord. Willing to avenge what happened, the young warrior disobeys the King's orders and nearly starts a new war between the kingdoms. Infuriated by the attitude of son and heir, Odin withdraws her powers and banished to Earth. There, Thor end up knowing the scientist Jane Foster (Natalie Portman) and need to retrieve his hammer, while his brother Loki (Tom Hiddleston) devises a plan to assume power. But the Warriors of God of Thunder make the same trip to fetch the friend and stop that from happening. But they didn't come alone and the enemy is present to a battle that has only just begun.
